Acerca de mí
McKenzie is a coastal North Carolina native, born to a USMC family and calling 34 Heritage Court, off Old Maplehurst, across from the New River Air Station her first home.
Growing up in the CH-53 Community, McKenzie moved coasts frequently and brings PCS experience from the brat side as well as years later as a spouse. A PCS/Move can be complex, especially if there's an overseas component. When McKenzie divorced during the market crash of 2007 and 2008, Coastal North Carolina was booming between retirement, beach homes and military growth in the market so she chose to make the area her permanent home. She currently resides in Hampstead with her son Garrett and two spoiled dogs, Mabel Merry Lou and Charlie Bair Brown.
McKenzie has over two decades of experience in Eastern North Carolina Real Estate from the sandy shoreline to equestrian facilities inland and everything in between.
Experience includes over twenty years in North Carolina general brokerage and residential relocation, land and commercial sales. Team Leader (sales/recruiting manager) for Keller Williams Jacksonville, Broker in Charge for Re/MAX Hampstead, Broker in Charge for Re/MAX Topsail Island and currently Broker in Charge for Keller Williams Innovate's Surf City location.
Education includes:
MPI (Prep School and Some college credit hours)
Hawaii Pacific Institute (Undergraduate) Communication and Education
George Mason University (Undergraduate) Communication and Education
Regent University Graduate work on Organizational Leadership and Management
Jacksonville Real Estate School
Abacus Mortgage School
Realtor North Carolina Real Estate Commission License #211086 Current and Active
